Shofil embarked on his career in the hospitality industry by co-managing a multi-national branded hotel near downtown Austin. Shofil’s educational background from Texas State University coupled with six years of hospitality experience, tailored him to manage the company’s hospitality acquisitions. Shofil leads SKS Capital Group’s hospitality ventures and manages a division of their retail locations. With his undeniable drive and strong work ethic, Shofil is actively looking to expand SKS’ hospitality portfolio and dive into new short-term rental opportunities.

Soef is one of the key principle developers at SKS Capital Group. With over five years of experience in the convenience store industry and an educational background from the Red McComb’s School of business at the University of Texas at Austin, Soef leads SKS’ in-house construction company, Top Notch Builders. Soef’s ability to obtain competitive bids and form relationships with contractors have been crucial to his success. In addition to commercial construction, Soef manages daily operations of a district of SKS’ retail locations.

Karim is the powerhouse behind the vision for SKS Capital Group. He brings over 20 years of experience with a humble beginning in the industry as a cashier at a convenience store in Houston, TX to now a multi-million dollar commercial developer in Austin, TX. With his passion for business and a keen eye for investment opportunities, Karim has created several subsidiaries including Top Notch Builders and Friends Hospitality. Karim stands firm on his belief that a solid financial foundation is at the core of wealth creation and is fundamental to financial freedom. Today, Karim leads the business acquisitions for SKS Capital Group and is continuously looking to diversify the company’s portfolio and venture out into new investment opportunities.
