TOP NOTCH BUILDERS, LLC

SKS Capital Group formed its very own in-house construction company in November 2018 under the name of Top Notch Builders, LLC. This was a huge leap forward for the group as this allowed for SKS to not only grow in other markets, but also reduce the cost of construction by working directly with contractors. Over the past few years, Top Notch Builder’s has built multiple ground up convenience stores, travel centers, truck stops, and retail shopping strips. Top Notch Builder’s also completes tenant build outs for SKS’ leasing spaces.
