SKS Capital Group first started its venture in the hospitality industry with Home2 Suites, a Hilton brand hotel, that was built from the ground up in late 2015. Located under just 2 miles of Austin-Bergstrom Airport, this hotel is a convenient stay for travelers and is often times fully booked out. Best Western Pus Airport location was another hotel in SKS’ portfolio that recently sold in 2020, despite Covid-19 disruptions. The group plans to continue to expand its hospitality portfolio in the future with additional hotel and short-term rental sites
